  Went here a few times over my Christmas vacation in TN. Didn't really know what to expect because I've never been in a place like this before but I'm very happy with my purchases. Its been roughly 5-6months since I've been here and everything I bought hasn't broken so I'm not sure why there's so many complaints. The staff here is very welcoming and they wont make you feel weird or uncomfortable which I was very happy about as a first timer. Coming back to Tennessee next week hoping that the help wanted sign is still up, That's how much I love this store and its employees!!!

  I've bought a good bit of stuff from there but the last couple of times I get home and open the products and all of a sudden they no longer work. I'm a bit pissed it's just weird that they work at the shop and then they fall apart. I'm tired of wasting money with the stupid no return policy I have the box and the receipt it is not my fault the products suck. If you back your products you should have some sort of a return policy.
